CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be assessed a fee equal to 25% of the value of the scheduled service the first time, and 50% each time thereafter. All no-shows will be assessed a fee equal to 100% of the value of the scheduled service, and will only be allowed to book their next appointment by contacting the office.

After booking you will receive a confirmation email with the time of the scheduled appointment. Afterwards, you will receive a reminder email 48hrs before the time of your appointment. In addition, you will receive a text both 36hrs and 2hrs before the appointment you will not be able to opt out of these reminders.
